Screen Indicators

Battery power indicator

Shows current battery level and charging completion (100% when fully charged).

Pod’s E-juice level

Displays estimated e-juice level of the attached pod.

Reset Button

Reset / Calibrate

• Press the RESET 🔴 button for 5 seconds to reset the e-juice level indicator.
• To calibrate the juice indicator, press the RESET 🔴 button once until a number displays.

Choose accordingly

• 1 — For ONE Bar Pod.
• 2 — For pod with below 9 mL e-juice.
• 3 — For pod with below 6 mL e-juice.

Care & Maintenance

• To prevent injury, please ensure this device is kept away from flammable and explosive materials.
• Please do not leave this device unattended while charging.

Charging Instructions

1. Connect to Power Source : Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to a suitable power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
2. Insert the Charging Cable : Insert the USB Type-C end of the cable into the charging port at the bottom of the device.
3. Charging Indication : While charging, the screen indicator illuminates. Once fully charged, the screen indicator shows 100%.
4. Initial Use : It is recommended to fully charge the device before initial use.

1. Thank you for purchasing a ONE product. ONE will provide repair or replacement to the product according to the following terms and conditions:
2. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Warrantor provides repair or replacement for all the defective parts. This warranty may be rendered void due to the following:
   • The purchaser fails to provide this warranty card.
   • Failure or damage caused by improper use or unauthorized adjustments.
   • Failure or damage as a result of excessive force/impact or non-recommended operating conditions.
   • Failure or damage caused by exposure to water or other conducting liquids.
3. Failure or damage caused by use with non-ONE brand components or non-recommended e-liquids.
4. This warranty does not cover personal or consumable parts such as coil heads, USB cable, and mouthpiece.
